The “Summary of enquiries” online service gives you an overview of your ongoing and completed enquiries and claims at all times. As a business customer, you can check the status of your claims, upload documents or request that a claim be closed.

Use of the “Summary of enquiries” online service is free.

Preconditions

Registration

To use the “Summary of enquiries” online service, you need to register for the online service and have a business customer login.

Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a message in the Customer Center. From this point on, the online service is available to you.

Technical requirements

  • Common Internet browser
  • PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Reader)
  • To print PDF documents generated from Excel files, you require a printer
