Swiss Post, in cooperation with Dextra Rechtsschutz AG, offers you a new option: directly from home or in selected branches, you can easily obtain initial legal advice on everyday legal matters relating to jobs, rent or road traffic issues, for example.
Legal advice by video at home or in a Swiss Post branch
Your secure video consultation for legal matters
You can use Swiss Post legal advice in two ways:
- You can access the initial consultation conveniently from home using your own device. The consultation takes place by video call with a lawyer from Dextra, confidentially and with no need to travel. Your device must have a microphone and a camera.
- If you don’t want to arrange a consultation from home, specially equipped consultation booths are available at selected Swiss Post branches. There, too, you’ll be contacted directly in a video call by Dextra’s experienced lawyers and can receive advice in a secure and quiet setting.

You can receive the consultation from home or via a video consultation booth at a Swiss Post branch. In around 30 minutes, you’ll discuss your query with a Dextra lawyer. You will then have a legal assessment to define your next steps.
