Swiss Post, in cooperation with Dextra Rechtsschutz AG, offers you a new possibility: in selected branches, you can easily obtain initial legal advice on everyday legal matters relating for example to work life, rent or traffic incidents.

In selected Swiss Post branches, consultation booths are available for you. Through a secure video call, you will be connected directly with Dextra’s experienced lawyers. In a calm and protected environment, you can access professional legal advice – discreet and personal.

By appointment or drop-in
Book an appointment for the video consultation booth in advance or drop in to a participating branch:
- Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m
- Friday, 8 a.m. – 4.30 p.m

Legal advice in video consultation booth
You will be connected to a Dextra lawyer in the video consultation booth. In a consultation lasting around 20 minutes, you can outline your issue and receive an initial legal assessment.

Additional advice as required
If your issue requires in-depth legal support, Dextra can provide advice at fair fixed prices even without existing legal protection insurance − including document review.
