    Get the receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

    Inform the receiver about the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and the money transfer amount.

    The receiver can collect funds at any local Western Union agent location.

How to receive money

    Show the agent your ID and provide the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), the sender’s country, full name, and the expected money transfer amount.
