Conditions of participation

The prize draw is held by Post CH Network Ltd, Wankdorfallee 4, 3030 Bern, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as the Prize Draw Organizer). By taking part in this prize draw, you agree to these conditions of participation and to the use of your details for marketing purposes. In order for your participation in the prize draw to be valid, the entry form must be sent and confirmed by e-mail between 1 June and 15 July 2026.

Only persons resident in Switzerland over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Swiss Post Ltd are not eligible to take part.

To participate, you must enter your details in the form provided by the Prize Draw Organizer. The form will give us access to personal data (title, last name, first name, e-mail, date of birth, mobile number, interest selection). This data is needed to uniquely identify the winners and send them the prize. Only one entry per campaign is permitted per person. Participation is free of charge and subject to marketing consent. The participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their details. The Prize Draw Organizer has the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of fraud, in particular if there is a suspicion of unauthorized influence, technical tampering, falsified identity and multiple registration.

All participants will be entered into a prize draw for the following vouchers with a total value of CHF 2’000: 1 x Europa-Park (CHF 400), 3 x Ticketcorner (CHF 200) and 2 x weekend4two (CHF 500). No cash prizes will be awarded. Participants do not have a claim to a prize. Participation is free of any obligation to purchase.

The draw will be taken from all participants automatically and at random. You will be notified by e-mail on or after 22 July 2026. All communication will be carried out using the contact details provided in the entry form. After receiving confirmation of the prize, the winner must confirm whether they wish to accept the prize within three working days using the e-mail address provided in the entry form. If no response is received within this period, the Prize Draw Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant. If the redemption of prizes is subject to a notice period and the winner has not redeemed the prize by the time this has elapsed, the prize shall expire without replacement. The organizer accepts no liability for receipt of the notification that the prize has been won. The winners will remain anonymous and their names will not be published. No correspondence will be entered into about the prize draw, except with the winners. The Prize Draw Organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw if fraud and/or breaches of these conditions of participation are suspected/established or if there is other good cause. The Prize Draw Organizer is entitled to make changes to the mode of the prize draw at any time and, if there is good cause to do so, to suspend, cancel or prematurely end the prize draw.

Any right of appeal is excluded. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with this prize draw is Bern. The prize draw and all legal relationships between the Prize Draw Organizer and any winners are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The respective participant’s consent to the use of data as set out below, which is granted by participating in the prize draw, is mandatory for participation in the prize draw.

Use of data: the data provided by participants as part of the prize draw will be processed in order to conduct the competition and may also be used after the campaign to contact participants and to send information about our own products (marketing purposes). If the data subject does not wish to receive any information, they can revoke their consent to the use of their data at any time by sending an e-mail to contactcenter@swisspost.ch.

Personal data will be deleted after the prize draw has ended, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. If consent has been given for further data use, the data may be used for marketing purposes for a maximum of 24 months or until consent is revoked.

All data will be treated confidentially. However, service providers (e.g. IT or shipping service providers) may be involved in holding the prize draw. Such companies may also be domiciled abroad provided suitable guarantees are in place.

Data subjects have the right of access, right to rectification and right to erasure with regard to their personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
