Store credit card
Simply online with My Philately

For security and data protection reasons, we are no longer permitted to process credit card data personally. If you would like to continue paying by credit card (Mastercard/Visa), you can store your card in the “My Philately” online service at any time.

Your customer number can be found in the following documents:

• Information letter with reference to online service and storing of credit card
• Invoices
• Delivery notes
• Order forms
• Account statements

For customer verification, please use your customer number and postcode. Please note any spaces, as well as the correct capitalization of the postcode. You then accept the GTCs and confirm your details by clicking on the “Verify customer data” button.

To save your credit card, click on the “Modify payment method” button in the “Payment method” window.

Select the credit card payment method and click on “Store credit card”

Enter your credit card details and save them using the “Store” button. Important: a 3D Secure card must be stored.

Your new credit card has now been stored. The previous credit card has been deleted.

To store a new credit card, click on the “Modify payment method” button in the “Payment method” window.

Click on “Change credit card” under the stored credit card

Enter your new credit card details and save them using the “Store” button. Important: a 3D Secure card must be stored.

You can choose from the following payment methods to ensure that future philately orders and subscriptions are debited with your preferred payment method:

Domestic:

• Credit card: (Visa and Mastercard) Your credit card is stored for future use. All future orders will be automatically debited from your credit card.
• Invoice: You will receive a separate invoice with the delivery or, if the delivery address differs, by separate letter mail. This can be paid within 30 days.
• Debit Direct (PostFinance): The IBAN number of your Debit Direct (PostFinance) is stored as a standing debit account. All future orders will be automatically debited from your Debit Direct (PostFinance) after 30 days.

Abroad:

• Credit card: (Visa and Mastercard) Your credit card is stored for future use. All future orders will be automatically debited from your credit card.
• Customer account: if your philately customer account does not have sufficient funds, you will receive an account statement with the outstanding amount and payment details by letter. As soon as your payment has been received in our account, your order will be booked automatically.

To store a new credit card, click on the “Modify payment method” button in the “Payment method” window.

Here you can select your preferred payment method and save it by clicking on the “Save change” button.

With SwissID, you can log in to our “My Post” customer portal easily and securely. This gives you access to all of Swiss Post’s online services, such as “My Philately” or sending postcards digitally. SwissID is a service provided by SwissSign, a data security specialist by Swiss Post.

Yes, in addition to the change of address with/without forwarding, you must also change the address in the “My Philately” online service.

To modify the new address in your customer data, click on the “Modify customer data” button in the “Invoice address” window.

Enter your new address and save the change by clicking on the “Save changes” button. Your new address is saved in the “My Philately” online service.

A credit card is displayed because you have previously saved a credit card for your next purchase in an online shop or online service under “My Post”. This is then applied directly to the “My Philately” online service.

Stamp subscriptions provide you with an overview of all your stamp subscriptions, and you can also conveniently select and order your preferred subscription there.
