They are particularly fascinated by woolly mammoths and woolly rhinoceroses. Because although they have long since died out, they once lived alongside us humans. Two of the eight stamps in the set (six mint, two cancelled) show what the giants of the Ice Age looked like. There is also loads of fun to be had with puzzles, crafts and collecting.
Farewell edition
After three years of exciting adventures, Phila and Franco are saying goodbye with the last issue (4/2024) of the stamp set. This and previous issues will continue to be available at Swiss Post branches and at postshop.ch until the end of 2025.
