Between 26 September and 8 December 2024, Switzerland cast its votes and chose the “Woolly mammoth” from the “Giants of the Ice Age” series as the most beautiful stamp of 2024.

The “Woolly mammoth” stamp, one of the giants of the Ice Age, narrowly beat the Swiss landmark, the “Landwasser Viaduct”. Third place went to the “Ladybird” from the “Animal symbolism series”.
