Visit a Swiss Post branch
In 30 Swiss Post branches in the Canton of Bern, our staff can help you create an AGOV account.
The service is available only to residents of the Canton of Bern.

Preparation
Please bring the following with you:
- Smartphone with current operating system
- Laptop or tablet
- Access to your e-mail account
- BE-Login details (if available)
- OASI number

What is AGOV?
AGOV is the government login in Switzerland and can be used to register for a range of online services offered by the Confederation, cantons and municipalities. Since July 2025, residents of the Canton of Bern have been required to have an AGOV account in order to use specific cantonal online services via the BE-Login (e.g. tax return). The login is secure and does not require a password.
