Find out how to register as a business customer and apply for a billing relationship with Swiss Post.

Business customers have the following options to manage their addresses:
Address for invoicing (customer billing relationship)
- Your customer billing relationship address can be changed only by Swiss Post.
- If you would like to change your address or would prefer a collective invoice sent to your headquarters, please contact our SME Contact Center from Monday to Friday, 7.30 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. on +41 58 667 85 91.
Address for online services
- You can use the address in the My Post customer portal for online services, such as forwarding orders, P.O. Boxes, sub-addresses and authorizations.
- If you would like to change this address, you can do so in the administration settings under “Manage business address” ➜ “Address”.
Multiple locations
- Do you have multiple locations and want to access these addresses for certain services through your customer account?
- With the client structure, you can manage the following services for your locations:
- Change of address / move
- Retain mail
- Redirect mail
- P.O. Boxes
- Sub-addresses
- Permanent authorization
- Contact our SME Contact Center to set up the client structure in your customer account. The SME Contact Center is available Monday to Friday, 7.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on +41 58 667 85 91.

Have you accidentally registered as a business customer even though you want to use the account privately? Please get in touch with the Contact Center.
Private account
- You have access to all online services that are useful for private customers.
- Individual online services are available exclusively to private customers.
Business account
- You have access to online services that provide optimal support for your business processes.
- As a business customer, you have access to almost all of Swiss Post’s online services.
- The business user account is suitable for sole enterprises, associations, law firms and larger companies.
- Do several employees in your company or organization do business with Swiss Post? In that case, you can open additional accounts centrally for all staff. You can grant individual staff members different authorizations for the online services.
- Do other companies, such as printers and lettershops, provide you with services? You can also give them access to your customer account. Furthermore, you can request access to another company’s account. This feature is available via your user profile in your own company account.
