Yves-André Jeandupeux to leave Swiss Post

Yves-André Jeandupeux, Head of Human Resources and Member of Executive Management, is leaving Swiss Post after eleven years at the helm of the Human Resources unit. He has decided to refocus his professional career from spring 2017.
Yves-André Jeandupeux has led Swiss Post’s Human Resources unit since September 2005, and is a Member of Executive Management. He has now decided to pursue other professional opportunities. He will take up a previous activity involving consulting and management of companies in French-speaking Switzerland.
As Head of Human Resources, Yves-André Jeandupeux introduced a new human resources management model, created standardized services in human resources with the HR Service Center and negotiated several collective employment contracts (CEC). He also significantly drove forward numerous strategic topics including the development of the Group’s leadership principles, the promotion of young talent, the promotion of diversity management and the development of a performance and innovation culture. As chairman of the pension fund, he contributed to its modernization and to the consolidation of financial structures.
The Board of Directors and the CEO would like to thank Yves-André Jeandupeux for his valuable collaboration and his huge personal commitment, which has enabled him to make a significant contribution to Swiss Post’s success.
