Corporate Development Career Starter

During your 18-month assignment in the Logistics Services unit, Swiss Post’s largest business unit, you will work on a range of varied and challenging projects. You contribute your expertise to complex, high-paced projects, gain practical experience and take on responsibility. You gain insights into various business processes and actively shape the future of Swiss Post. These projects are selected in line with the company’s current priorities, and your interests and strengths are also taken into account in allocating projects. At the same time, you expand your professional network and leave a lasting impression.

Structure

During the 18-month Corporate Development Career Starter at Swiss Post, you will work in the same team with a 100 percent employment level.

Your profile

You contribute fresh ideas, have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a team.

What you have to offer:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering or a similar field, which you completed no more than 24 months ago.
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial work experience in internships or part-time jobs. 
  • You have very good command of German and good knowledge of English and French.
  • You have an analytical mind, are familiar with the basics of project management and enjoy networking.
  • You are able to deliver high-quality work in limited time and with few resources.
  • You take lots of initiative and enjoy having responsibility.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel are second nature for you.

    If your application wins us over, we will invite you to an online assessment. Here you will have the opportunity to convince us of your skills.

  3. 3

    Assessment Day

    If your test result is successful, you will be invited to the Assessment Day. The day includes a group interview and two individual interviews, one of which involves a case study.

  4. 4

    Confirmation

    After the Assessment Day, you will receive direct feedback from us within a maximum of ten working days.
