The cross-company programme in data science is a practical training course for new entrants. After graduating in a MINT discipline, you’ll spend 18 months working at three different companies – Swiss Post, Mobiliar Insurance and Endaprime by BKW.

Structure

The cross-company programme in data science lasts for 18 months, and the level of employment is 80 to 100 percent. You’ll work in data science at three different companies for six months each and will apply your theoretical knowledge in a future-oriented career area. The programme provides a fascinating introduction to the world of work and the opportunity to get to know and network within three companies at once.

You’re able to provide a fresh perspective and enjoy immersing yourself in numbers.

What you have to offer:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a MINT subject such as informatics, statistics, mathematics or natural sciences.
  • You have a good understanding of programming, data and database systems, and a sound knowledge of statistics.
  • You have a strong command of German and English (B2).
  • You possess strong communication skills and outstanding analytical abilities, you are highly motivated to perform well and learn, and you show initiative.
