“My consignments” online service
“My consignments” online service means you’ll never miss a parcel or registered letter again. We notify you in advance of incoming consignments. This online service lets you prepare to receive your items or manage your delivery based on your requirements – either individually or via a standing order.
The following rule applies worldwide: for postal consignments containing goods, the consignment data and content information required for export must be entered electronically and sent to the country of destination in advance. Our staff in self-operated branches will be happy to do this for you as always for an additional charge. But you can also record and declare your international goods consignment online free of charge. Our customer advisors will be pleased to show you the options.
E-finance and PostFinance App
Manage your finances when and where you like with the PostFinance App. Whether you want to keep track of your account balance and transactions or simply wish to enter and approve payments: you’re always in charge of your finances – it couldn’t be simpler.
Swiss Post has the right subscription to meet every requirement (international calls, gaming, network). We will assist you in setting up and using your mobile phone for everyday use as well as transferring data.
