Need to quickly print out an important document, copy a form or scan a travel document? No problem! It’s quick and easy with the self-service Printing Service in the Print Shop at your Swiss Post branch.

Here’s how it works: prepare your print order in comfort at home, then go to a Swiss Post branch and print it out, copy it or scan it.

  • Print from USB stick, SD card, smartphone or via KUARIO app
  • Make copies easily
  • Scan to e-mail or to cloud drive
  • Formats and colours: A4 or A3, black and white or colour
  • Pay via coin slot, debit or credit card, TWINT or prepaid credit on the KUARIO app

KUARIO app
Simple and efficient

The KUARIO app offers a convenient option for printing out documents, images and other content from your smartphone or tablet in a Swiss Post branch. You don’t need a physical connection to the printer. The app also enables you to manage your print orders, modify print settings and monitor the print status. The KUARIO app offers additional functions, such as loading print credits and managing payments for print orders via the app.

Here’s how it works:

  • KUARIO app

    Download the KUARIO app, install it on your smartphone and register.

  • Upload a print job

    Upload the documents for printing directly from your smartphone or from the cloud, e.g. Office 365, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.

  • Swiss Post branches with the Printing Service

    Go to our branches with Print Shop: the self-service Printing Service.

  • Print

    Select “Print” on the screen of the multifunction device in your branch’s Print Shop.

  • Scan QR code

    Use your mobile device to scan the QR code on the multifunction device in your branch and select the print job you’ve already created and want to print out. If you haven’t prepared a print job, you can now select a file on your smartphone that you want to print out.

  • Print options

    Now choose the print format, print colour and the number of copies.

  • Pay

    You choose how you want to pay: coin slot, debit or credit card, TWINT or prepaid credit on your KUARIO app. Copying or scanning rather than printing? You can also pay for these services with your prepaid credit in the KUARIO app.
