How do I order an extract from the debt collection register online?

    The Swiss Post Group is involved in the tilbago online payment collection solution via PostFinance. As part of this service, tilbago offers a digital ordering solution for extracts from the debt collection register via an eSchKG connection to the debt collection offices.

    Follow the instructions on the online order platform and place your order for self-certification.

    You can order your self-certification in just a few steps: enter your personal information, upload the necessary ID document (front and reverse sides) and enter your signature using your mouse, pen or finger.

    Pay for the extract conveniently using the standard payment methods available.

    You then receive an order confirmation followed by the debt collection extract as an electronically signed PDF file by e-mail, usually within one or two working days.

How do I order an extract from the debt collection register in a Swiss Post branch?

    Request your extract from the debt collection register in your nearest Swiss Post branch.

    The Swiss Post employee checks and scans your proof of identity and creates a request which you will be asked to check. You check the information and certify that it is correct by signing. The Swiss Post employee then scans the signed order and forwards it to the relevant debt collection office.

    The extract will be sent to you by post within a few working days.

What happens with the application details?

Swiss Post only uses your extract application details for forwarding to the relevant authorities. The extract request and any other personal data relating to the request will be deleted once the request for information has been completed.

Who can request an extract from the debt collection register and what are the requirements?

An extract from the debt collection register can be ordered by any private individual (natural person). The service can be ordered in all self-operated Swiss Post branches or online. Extracts from the debt collection register cannot be requested for legal entities.

What type of ID document is required for an extract from the debt collection register?
