Changes to Post CH Ltd’s range of services
As of 1 January 2026
Amendments to products and prices
Our goal is clear: we want to offer our customers a strong public service and finance it through our own efforts. To do so, we are working continuously on ourselves, and shaping our processes ever more efficiently. We are investing in modern processing infrastructure to ensure that we can provide you with high-quality services at all times. To ensure that we can adapt to your needs and remain financially viable in the long term, we also have to adjust our prices. This is part of our strategy. In an amicable settlement with the price regulator, we have agreed to implement selected moderate price increases as of 1 January 2026. For example, we are adjusting the prices for PostPac Economy, international goods and document consignments, and addressed and unaddressed promotional mailings (B Mail bulk mailing and PromoPost).
You can also expect price savings in 2026:
- Customers who register the shipping of their parcels online will continue to benefit from a fixed online discount of CHF 1.50 per parcel. This applies to private and business customers for Priority, Economy and bulky goods consignments.
- For business customers with list prices, the online discount for PostPac Economy will be increased temporarily by 0.50 to 2.00 francs from January to June 2026.
- In 2026, private customers can have their PostPac Priority and PostPac Economy consignments that are franked online collected from their home free of charge with the pick@home service.
- In addition, private customers who frank at least one PostPac Priority or one PostPac Economy consignment using the Post-App or online between December 2025 and February 2026 will receive a credit of 5 francs in their Swiss Post E-Wallet, which can be redeemed for any online Swiss Post service until the end of 2026.
