Yes, Swiss Post may send me personalized offers from third parties.
I agree that Swiss Post may send me personalized offers from third-party providers both physically and digitally – even if there is a “No advertising” sticker on my letter box. To this end, Swiss Post will analyse my customer data to send me suitable offers:
- physically: e.g. letters, flyers, free product samples
- digitally: e.g. e-mail, Swiss Post portal, Post-App or external advertising banners
We use the following data:
- Master data: your basic information, e.g. salutation, name, address, telephone number, e-mail and age as entered in your customer account.
- Behavioural data: how and when you use our services, e.g. when you visit a page, which products you choose and your order history.
- Spatial data: where you use our services, e.g. at home or on the go (via your IP address).
- Interests: topics and interests you have entered in your profile.
Data evaluation:
We use your data to develop precise services tailored exactly to your needs. In order for Swiss Post to be able to use certain data, it may need your separate consent to the use of cookies.

Protecting your data is our top priority. We are ISO 27001 certified and hold the Data Fairness label from SWISS INSIGHTS, which stands for transparent and responsible data processing.
Withdraw consent at any time:
You can withdraw your consent at any time under “My settings” in the customer login, with effect for the future. From that point on, your data will be processed only to the extent permitted without your consent.
