Disclaimer and conditions of participation for the competition on Instagram

The competition is not associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The organizer is the sole point of contact and party responsible.

  • The competition opens on 14 July 2025 at 4 p.m. and ends on 3 August 2025 at 11 p.m.
  • The following prizes will be given away: 3 Victorinox "Feldpost" pocket knives.
  • The competition will be held in German, French and Italian.
  • To take part in the competition, simply post a comment under the publication listing three things that always belong in a "Fresspäckli" (food parcel). Multiple comments will count as a single entry.
  • Comments that violate Instagram’s guidelines, Swiss law and/or copyright will be removed without warning once identified.
  • All persons resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
  • The winners will be informed in the comments and asked to send their contact details by e-mail to socialmedia@swisspost.ch within 24 hours of being notified of winning.
  • After this period, the prize will be awarded again to a new person from the draw.
  • The address details provided by the winners will be used only for the purpose of sending the prizes. They will not be stored or passed on to any third parties.
  • There is no right of appeal and no cash prizes will be awarded.
