Your IncaMail message is found as an encrypted attachment (Incamail.html) in the corresponding e-mail in your mailbox. To read the message, open the attachment «Incamail.html» and follow the instructions.
If login is not possible, make sure that you are using the right e-mail address. If you have registered with a different login (login via post.ch, SuisseID, SwissID or login Geneva), make sure that you select the corresponding login method.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Password forgotten" and follow the instructions. You will either receive a code by SMS or you can answer your security question and then you can set a new password. If this does not work either, contact the customer service.
You can enter the new e-mail address as an additional address in the previous IncaMail account. To do this, log in as usual at www.incamail.com and enter the new e-mail address in the settings in the section “E-mail addresses”. As soon as you have added the new address, you will receive an activation code sent by e-mail to this address. Enter the code in the settings and the process is complete. You can now open IncaMail messages sent to the new and the previous e-mail address with the usual password and you can also log into IncaMail with both e-mail addresses and the password. Alternatively you can also open a new IncaMail account with the new e-mail address.
To ensure that messages are delivered to the new e-mail address, you must inform the message senders of your new e-mail address. IncaMail does not allow messages to be forwarded to other e-mail addresses.
