Payslips now in the Post-App

You can change your e-mail address in PostWeb via My HR (laptop) or via Teams (mobile phone) in “Personal data” under “Change (emergency) contact details”. Alternatively, please contact your leader.

Registration is carried out using your private e-mail address so that you can continue to access your personal documents even after leaving Swiss Post. This address is also used to perform the identity check and measure the registration progress.

Sensitive data (such as payslips) is sent via “My digital mail”. For this reason, we recommend installing it on your private mobile phone. This also ensures that you can continue to access your personal documents after leaving Swiss Post.

We require your private e-mail address in order to manage your employment relationship (see Article 2.31 of your collective employment contract). This includes sending your personal HR documents or important HR messages to your digital letter box “My digital mail”. Registration is carried out using your private e-mail address so that you can continue to access your personal documents even after leaving Swiss Post. This address is also used to perform the identity check and measure the registration progress.

You have received the order e-mail sent to the stored address. The address was also indicated in the e-mail. If you would like to change your private e-mail address, you can do so on PostWeb via My HR (laptop) or via Teams (mobile phone) under “Personal data” under “Change (emergency) contact details”. Otherwise, please contact your leader.

Even if you have not been able to install the Post-App on a mobile phone, we will send you your payslip via “My digital post”. As soon as we have sent the payslip, you will receive a message to your private e-mail address. This contains a link to your payslip, which is valid for a certain period of time. You can also click on this link on your computer or laptop to access the document. You can also view your documents on PostWeb via My HR. If you have any questions, please contact your leader.

Put simply, SwissID is your secure digital identity. Just like the key to the physical letter box by your front door, it gives you virtual access to your “My digital mail” digital letter box.

Yes. Make sure that your private e-mail address is stored under the personal data in “My digital mail”. This address is also stored in the HR system and indicated in the order letter.

To do so, register in the Post-App. Go to the “My digital mail” tile, click on the profile field (head bottom right) and then on “Personal data”. You can enter your e-mail address there.

Note: you will receive an e-mail for verification in your private mailbox, sent by noreply@epost.ch. Please go to your mailbox and confirm your e-mail address for “My digital mail” via this e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail, please check whether it has accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

HR documents such as payslips contain sensitive data. “My digital mail” is integrated into the Post-App and is a secure channel that meets all security requirements. This ensures that the documents only go to the actual recipient.

The changeover is a strategic decision and is therefore intended for everyone; physical mailing is being dispensed with. You can also view your documents on PostWeb under My HR. In the case of questions or discrepancies, please contact your leader.

You have two options.

The easiest way to do this is by storing an additional e-mail address (option 1):

Option 1

A different e-mail address can be saved under the “My digital mail” tile in the Post-App. To do so, log in to the Post-App. Go to the “My digital mail ” tile, click on the Profile field (head bottom right) and then on “Personal data”. You can enter your additional e-mail address there.

Note: you will receive an e-mail for verification in your private mailbox, sent by noreply@epost.ch. Please go to your mailbox and confirm your e-mail address for “My digital mail” via this e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail, please check whether it has accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

After successful verification, two green circles appear. This means that everything is correct. This change must take place before the payslip is sent to ensure that the payslip actually arrives.

Variant 2

Communicate the e-mail address with which you have already registered in “My digital mail” to HR Services. You can reach HR Services via HR ticket or e-mail: hrservices@swisspost.ch or by calling +41 58 667 11 22 (Swiss Post employees) or +41 58 667 12 22 (PostFinance employees).

You will receive your first payslip with your April salary (pilot units P, DS and MS) or July salary. If this does not work, please ensure that your e-mail address has been activated. You can view this under “Personal data” in your profile (green circle = active)

If an e-mail address is stored, this must match the address stored with HR. You can find this on PostWeb via My HR (laptop) or via Teams (mobile phone) under “Personal data” under “Change (emergency) contact details”. Alternatively, please contact your leader.

Please open a new account at “My digital mail”.

You can reactivate Swiss Post as the sender. To do so, go to “My digital mail”. Then select your profile at the bottom right (head icon). Then click on “Manage senders”. Here you will find a list of all senders who deliver letters digitally. Go to “Swiss Post” and select the various document types. A green bar with “Sender activated” will then appear at the top.

Not using ePost in the Post-App yet? Download the Post-App and log in with your SwissID. The service is now called “My digital mail” and is fully integrated into the Post-App. The ePost App will no longer be available from April 2026.

Yes, even employees who are absent for an extended period of time need to register for “My digital mail” via their private mobile phone. From the end of July 2026, they will also receive their payslips in the digital letter box “My digital mail” in the Post-App.

We are increasingly switching our HR to digital solutions. That is why, in addition to payslips, we are gradually also sending other documents and messages via this channel, e.g. contract amendments in the event of an adjustment to the level of employment.

We are introducing the change in two stages:

• At the end of March 2026, we are launching a pilot project in the Human Resources, Mobility Services (PostBus Ltd) and Digital Services units. Employees in these three units receive their first payslip via “My digital mail” with their April salary.
• From June to the end of July 2026, we will be calling on all other employees to register for the digital letter box in the Post-App. You will receive your first payslip via “My digital mail” with your July salary.

From August 2026, we will remind all employees who have not yet registered to register.

Data protection for SwissID is governed by the FADP and GDPR.

Yes, employees with cross-border commuter status will also receive their monthly payslip via “My digital mail” in future. You can log in to SwissID, download the Post-App and register for “My digital mail” following the instructions above.

Please note: you can leave the “Home address” field empty as you live abroad. You can ignore the error message highlighted in red. We can also send you your payslip digitally without this information. The home address is required for other Swiss Post services.
