Swiss Post only operates one login: SwissID from SwissSign, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss Post.
Android
If you get a blank page, give the login some time to load (30-60 seconds).
Login at www.swisspost.ch – Check login with SwissID
Check whether a private customer login is being used.
Disable energy-saving mode in the device settings
Disable the energy-saving option in the app via Settings ➔ App ➔ Swiss Post ➔ Battery
Use the device’s default browser – preferred/best results with Google Chrome
Delete browsing history or entries from www.swisspost.ch and SwissID
Go to “My account” via the blue dot on the home screen, log out, close the app and start again with a new login.
Reset the app via Menu ➔ Other ➔ Reset app.
Uninstall the app and install the latest version of the app.
Log in without using Password Manager
Due to urgent security recommendations from Google, the login procedure has been changed. This causes problems with some devices as the process requires more memory/power.

My consignments
Tracking consignments is limited to customers with a private account. Customers with a business account can no longer use this function.
Alternatively, you can track your consignments even when you are not logged in.

In the meantime, you can use the service on www.swisspost.ch – including via mobile device.
DigitalStamp
These were limited to one tariff, excluding mobile subscriptions without value-added services, with operator charges for SMS.
The payment system in use doesn’t allow this – the system will be renewed at the end of the year.
The code must be entered in the TWINT app you are using.
Once you’ve made the payment, you have to return to the Post-App.
The franking you have purchased appears on the home screen and in your account under “My activities”.
Check the display on home screen or in Menu ➔ “My account”.
Repeat the process – unsuccessful purchases are refunded by TWINT.
Select the GTC and the payment method to the left of the amount.

The development framework used doesn’t allow this at the moment, but it will be offered as soon as possible.
