We’re using a preview version to test new features on one platform first to gather feedback and roll out successful features on both systems. Please note that this means new features are not immediately available on iOS and Android.

These features were tested in the preview app in 2025 and have been available in the Post-App since November 2025:

With ePost, you receive your mail digitally on your smartphone and store it there in a clearly organized manner. And best of all, you can pay invoices directly via the app, and contracts can also be signed.
Receive digital receipts directly in the app
You can now receive your counter receipts directly in the Post-App – no more unnecessary paper! Thanks to a simple identification procedure by QR code, receipts are issued digitally. This is a more sustainable option and ensures you have everything digitally and in one place!
Franking letters made easy: anytime, anywhere and now using your camera
Frank letters easily and conveniently anytime and anywhere. Determine the letter size using your phone’s camera and artificial intelligence, and easily pay the postage with Apple Pay (iOS), TWINT or credit card.
Always informed: track your Postbuses live and plan your journey perfectly
Follow where our Postbuses are live on the map and decide if it’s worth running to the bus stop. You can track all Postbuses in service live. And of course you can also view the timetables for individual Postbuses.
Quick access with your login: your services, always at your fingertips
Easier to log in and get going: register in no time at all and enjoy our services! By the way: if you use the app at least once every six months, you'll stay logged in.
