You can redeem your credit easily at postshop.ch. After successfully registering, you will be taken to the “Welcome to postshop.ch for employees” homepage; the additional product category “Staff offers” will be displayed.
Alternatively, you have the option of redeeming your credit in a self-operated Swiss Post branch.

You can now also purchase PostFinance financial products, PostFinance property insurance, public transport vouchers, Reka-Card credit and digital vouchers with your staff credit via postshop.ch.
Important information
PostFinance financial products, PostFinance property insurance, public transport vouchers and Reka-Card credit can only be paid for using the staff credit. Self-operated Swiss Post branches
You can use your staff credit for practically all products offered in Swiss Post’s self-operated branches. You can also use your staff credit at a branch for products/services such as PostFinance financial products (e.g. inpayment to retirement savings account 3a, investments in your investment solution, payment of your life insurance premium), PostFinance property insurance (e.g. car insurance premium, motorcycle insurance premium, legal protection insurance premium, travel insurance premium), public transport vouchers, Reka-Card credit and digital vouchers.
Important information
PostFinance financial products, PostFinance property insurance, public transport vouchers, Reka-Card credit and digital vouchers can only be paid for with staff credit. The other products/services in the branch can also be paid for with the usual payment methods.

The equivalent value of the staff credit you have used will be credited directly to your retirement savings account 3a. As soon as this “inpayment” has been entered, the credit can be invested if required. Find out how to invest your assets in retirement funds here.
Additional information
The retirement savings account 3a must be in the same name as your staff credit.
Payments into a retirement savings account 3a are only tax-deductible up to a legally prescribed maximum amount. If you make your inpayments using a standing order, please check the amount and adjust it if necessary. This helps you to prevent the inpayments, together with your staff credit and any other payments into other pillar 3a retirement solutions, from exceeding this maximum amount.
Note: It is not a problem if you pay more than the defined maximum amount into pillar 3a. However, payments above this amount have no tax effect: the tax benefit can only be claimed up to the maximum amount. There is no entitlement to a refund for overpaid inpayments.

Public transport voucher
The digital public transport voucher can be obtained with staff credit and used flexibly, such as for tickets and travelcards from numerous public transport providers. The products available are CHF 100, CHF 300 or CHF 500.
Important information
- You can purchase this product at postshop.ch or at a self-operated Swiss Post branch.
- This product can only be paid for with staff credit.
- As soon as the staff credit has been converted into a public transport voucher, the SBB redemption period of five years from the date of issue and after the last use applies.
- The public transport voucher is partially redeemable and the credit remains on the public transport voucher.
- A return or exchange is excluded when purchasing this product.
- The SBB GTCs also apply.
Precondition
An e-mail address is required for sending the public transport voucher.
The advantages for you at a glance
You can redeem the public transport voucher as a payment method at all staffed public transport salespoints and in the online shops of participating transport companies. You can use digital vouchers to pay for:
- Tickets and travelcards online (at SBB.ch, Graubünden invia, the tpf online shop, MOB Goldenpass, the Passepartout online shop and the ZVV ticket shop).
- Tickets and subscriptions in apps (SBB Mobile / Preview, ZVV app).
- Tickets and travelcards by phone from the SBB Contact Center, tel. +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
- Tickets and travelcards at serviced salespoints operated by SBB and participating transport companies.
You can’t pay with digital vouchers in SBB restaurants and SBB bistros, nor at SBB ticket machines or at SBB toilet facilities.
Additional information
In the SBB online shop, the public transport voucher is entered during the purchase process under “Voucher” or stored directly in the profile under “Payment method”. The public transport voucher can also be used for the Half Fare Travelcard Plus. The public transport voucher can be stored directly in the SBB Mobile app under “Wallet”. It means Easy Ride can also be used with the public transport voucher.
The public transport voucher does not have to be redeemed in full at once. You can use various amounts flexibly. The relevant amount is deducted from the public transport voucher each time you use it. You can use the public transport voucher as often as you like until the entire amount has been used up. Any remaining balance will not expire, but will instead be retained on the public transport voucher.
When redeeming in the SBB online shop, your credit on the public transport voucher must be sufficient for the entire amount of the online shopping cart. If this is not the case, you can top up the public transport voucher with the difference.
A public transport voucher, a GA coupon or a commuter bonus can be used for purchases. With an existing GA Travelcard, this cumulation is only possible at public transport salespoints.

Charge your Reka-Card with staff credit and use the Reka-Card credit as a payment method at various acceptance points. Amounts of CHF 300, CHF 500 or a variable amount between CHF 20 and CHF 500 are possible.

Reka will process your order within one week. If you already have a Reka-Card, the credit will be loaded onto your account. If you do not yet have a Reka-Card, you will first receive one and then the credit will be loaded. This may take up to two weeks. The Reka account, including the Reka-Card, is free of charge for you, provided that you have your staff credit converted into Reka-Card credit.
If you want to purchase more Reka credit than your staff credit allows, you can purchase additional credit at a 2 percent discount via the Reka customer portal (www.reka.ch/enTarget not accessible) or Reka customer service (031 329 66 67) or with a 3 percent discount from Coop upon presentation of your Supercard.

Digital vouchers
Your staff credit can be exchanged for digital vouchers for Apple Gift Card, baby-walz, BestChoice, Blizzard, Breuninger, Butlers, Coop (redeemable for the entire Coop Group), Epic Fortnite, Google Play, Home24, Jack & Jones, Just Eat, Lycamobile, Manor, MediaMarkt, Müller, Sony PlayStation, Xbox and WISHCARD. Still don’t know which digital vouchers you want to buy using your staff credit? When you redeem your voucher for BestChoice or WISHCARD vouchers, you will receive a code that you can later convert into one or more provider-specific codes. Swiss Post online services
Swiss Post offers various digital services that make your everyday life easier and save you valuable time. As a Swiss Post employee, you can redeem your staff credit for selected Swiss Post online services and benefit in the process. You have to log in to swisspost.ch to use the online services without restriction. You can purchase these products and services directly in the relevant shop using your staff credit code, which must be entered again each time you make a payment. Your staff credit is reduced by the purchase amount.
With PostCard Creator, you can create an individual postcard from your photos and personal texts and send it in Switzerland or abroad.
With our recipient services, you can manage how you receive your mail flexibly and according to your personal needs. This includes services such as retaining your mail while on holiday and forwarding it to a different address. You can also specify how your consignments should be delivered in the delivery settings (e.g. Saturday delivery).
The “My consignments” online service gives you an overview of all your current and past postal items.
Track and manage delivery of your consignments and pay import costs conveniently online.
With the “Domestic parcel labels” online service, you can create parcel labels for shipping in Switzerland quickly and easily. You also have access to practical functions such as personal templates, central address management and flexible shipping options for business and private customers.
With pick@home, you don’t have to take your parcel to a branch. Simply order the collection online or with the Post-App. We will then collect your parcel from your home or from an address of your choice.
Staff credit can only be redeemed as a payment method via the web and not in the Post-App.
With WebStamp, you can design your own stamps online and print them out directly, for example with photos, drawings or your company logo.
The “Pay for missing franking” online service gives you the option of easily and efficiently paying for missing franking charges online.
With the “My Post 24” online service, you can receive, send or return parcels and letters at any time and use a terminal near you flexibly.
