Receiving missed consignments
Collection note

Have you missed a consignment and received a collection note? Collect the consignment from your branch within the specified time frame or select an alternative that suits you. A range of different options are available in the “My consignments” online service (some subject to a fee):

  • Extend collection period
  • Arrange for a second delivery
  • Issue single authorization
  • Forwarding

Via the online service

Open the “My consignments” online service and enter the code on your collection note. You can then decide what we should do with your parcel/letter with barcode.

Via the app (smartphone)

Open the Post-App on your smartphone and scan the code on your collection note. Then select the option you require. The Post-App for iPhone and Android can be downloaded free of charge.
