The basic price includes two-week mail retention of mail for business and private customers (from 18 years of age).

Daily and weekly newspapers
Forward delivery during holiday absences or suspend delivery
The publisher is responsible for redirecting newspapers to your holiday address or temporarily suspending your subscription.
Issue an order to your publisher
Click on your newspaper and choose “Forward subscription” or “Suspend subscription”. You can issue your order with your publisher.
FAQs
Ideally, you should issue your order once you are certain of the time at which the order should take effect. If you issue us your order later than four working days prior to its intended start, please submit it no later than 11 p.m. We can only ensure the order takes effect on the following day if you comply with this deadline. Such an order would be an express order, surcharge: CHF 10.
If you do not have a login for swisspost.ch verified by mail, orders will require at least four days’ prior notice.
There are three options for issuing us with your order.
Issue the order online
You can place your order at any time online. This does not require registration or a login. One of the advantages of placing an order with login is that it will be even easier for you to place orders in future.
Issue the order at the counter
You can place your order at the counter of your nearest Swiss Post branch. Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you.
Issue the order using a form
You will also find a solution in a branch with partner. On request, you can obtain the necessary forms to place your order. Please observe the notes when filling in, signing and sending back the form to us, and include a copy of your ID in the enclosed envelope.
You can change or cancel your issued orders as follows:
Online
- Up to 2 days prior to expiry
- Access is possible via the login for swisspost.ch, or in the case of one-off orders, without a login using the direct link in the confirmation e-mail.
