“My consignments” online service
As soon as a parcel or registered letter addressed to you is detected or changes in status occur (delivery made, etc.), you automatically receive a notification by e-mail or SMS.
You can decide how to receive your consignments. Either before delivery or in the event of missed parcels.
Who is this service for?
An authorization for delivery for registered letters is suitable only for private customers who want to receive their items quickly – even when they are not at home.
Before ordering, you must confirm as the private recipient that you have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of “My consignments”. Swiss Post documents the delivery electronically. After delivery of the registered letter, any and all liability claims against Swiss Post are ruled out.
The authorization for delivery is only issued individually for a specific consignment. It is not possible to set this up on a permanent basis – e.g. for all registered letters. Corporate customers (customers with a billing relationship) have the option of excluding delivery with an authorization for delivery to private letter boxes when mailing registered letters.
Have parcels deposited
Issue Swiss Post with an order so that you can receive parcels when you are away.
Receive your parcels at home, even if you aren’t there: at your request, we will deposit parcels at your home or deliver only on certain days. Delivery to neighbours is also possible.
