“My consignments” online service
With “My consignments”, Swiss Post automatically informs you about any parcels and registered letters that are to be delivered. That means you’ll always know exactly when a consignment will be delivered. You conveniently manage the receipt of your consignments via individual or standing orders and pay any customs duties for your consignments from abroad directly in “My consignments” before or after delivery. By the way, in the “My Post” customer portal under “My consignments” or in the Post-App, you can find an overview of all consignments that you have received, sent or returned – and also track them with just one click.

As soon as a parcel or letter with confirmation of receipt (registered or debt collection document) addressed to you is detected, you automatically receive a notification by e-mail, SMS or push notification in the Post-App.

You can follow the relevant link to manage the receipt of your consignment or for further information.

You can manage the receipt of your consignments. If you are not using the Post-App, you must register to do so.
Tip for the Post-App:
Use the Post-App to receive convenient notifications and manage your consignments without a regular login. The app takes you directly to consignment management.

Step 1: register
- Create a login via SwissID. All you need is an e-mail address.
- Approve the data for Post CH Ltd as requested.
- You will then be redirected to the “My Post” customer portal. Choose a “Private user account” and agree to the Swiss Post General Terms and Conditions.

Step 2: register and confirm your address
- Enter your address: if you are not automatically asked to register your address, you can enter this information in “My profile”. After your confirmation, we will send a confirmation letter to you at your address. This process ensures the security of your personal Swiss Post Customer Login.
- Confirm your address: in the confirmation letter you will find a code, which you can use to confirm your address. Simply follow the instructions in the letter.

Step 3: track and manage your consignments
- Welcome to the “My Post” customer portal. You now have access to all functions. To ensure that you remain informed about your consignments, e-mail notifications are automatically activated for you. Use the Post-App and activate push notifications to stay informed and manage your consignments even more easily.
- You can also now configure permanent settingsTarget not accessible for receiving your parcels.

Up to date at all times
Notifications
By activating notifications in “My consignments”, you receive information on the consignment status and delivery free of charge.
- E-mail: activated for you by default.
- Post-App: activate push notifications on your smartphone under Settings > Notifications.
- SMS: available to you as an option.
NEW: Additional information (swisspost.ch/early)
- In more and more areas of Switzerland, you can receive an additional notification on the delivery day. This gives you a more precise time slot for the delivery of your parcel.
- Shortly before delivery, we will notify you again, and you can track your parcel in real time over the last few metres.

Permanent settings
For all your future parcels
Tell us when and where you would like to receive your parcels in future.
You can configure permanent settingsTarget not accessible online or in the Post-App.
- Desired day: would you like to receive your parcels only on specific days or perhaps even only on Saturdays?
- Import costs: enable online payments
- Have items deposited, e.g. in the stairwell
- Delivered to a preferred neighbour
- Delivery to upper floor (personal handover)
With the exception of the “Desired day” permanent setting, if you wish to receive a parcel in a different way, you can override all your permanent settings using individual orders.

Manage individual item
Your options
- Issue an authorization for delivery and receive consignments directly without a signature. We can then deliver a registered letter to the letter section of the letter box or a parcel to the mailbox or another specified location with the “Signature” or “Assurance” value-added service.
- Select desired day (Monday to Saturday)
- Choose time slot
- Have parcels deposited, e.g. in the stairwell
- Set another address (domicile address, My Post Service, My Post 24 terminal)
- Delivered to a preferred neighbour
- Delivery to upper floor (personal handover)
- No deposit: if you are not at home and your parcel is too large for the mailbox, we will notify you via a collection note.
- Select time slot:
- Early-morning delivery (Tuesday to Saturday), 7 a.m. – 9 a.m.
- Evening delivery (Monday to Friday), 4.30 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Receive mail contactlessly
Issue signature electronically
Want to avoid having to provide a signature and save yourself a trip to the post office? Then use one of our convenient options for receiving consignments:
- Authorization for delivery of registered letters and parcels: issue your authorization for delivery as an individual order.
- Depositing parcels: specify where we may deposit your parcels. You can make these settings permanent and adjust them at any time.

International consignment
Pay import costs online
The advantages for you:
- Pay import costs online and receive your consignment directly at your front door.
- Use all common payment methods.
- Manage consignments with “My consignments” as usual.
Here’s how it works:
If a consignment is on its way to you from abroad and there are import costs to be paid, we will notify you by e-mail, SMS or via the Post-App. You can then pay your import costs up to CHF 100 easily online.
Online payment of import costs is automatically activated for all “My consignments” customers. You can deactivate this option easily in your permanent settings. Instructions (PDF, 140.2 KB).

Missed consignment
Your options
If the consignment cannot be delivered, we will leave you a collection note. “My consignments” gives you the following options for the missed consignment online or via the Post-App:
- Extend collection period
- Issue a single authorization for a third party
- Arrange repeat delivery on a specified date
- Choose time slot
- Forward to a different address (domicile address, My Post Service, My Post 24 terminal)
- Manage other control options in the same way as individual controls
