Registering and changing association addresses
To register or change an association address at the branch counter or via e-mail, you need the articles of association and a copy of the minutes of the most recent general or annual meeting.
The customer at the branch counter must also be named on the minutes as the association’s authorized representative. If no such rule is stated, every board member is authorized.
Please additionally use the “Association address” form for registering or changing an address via e-mail. You can send the completed form together with the required documents to the SME Contact Center (email@example.com).
