Are you planning your move or have you already moved? Instruct Swiss Post to forward your letters and parcels to your new address. It is advisable to place an order with us no later than four working days before your move. Receive your mail without interruption.

How a forwarding order works

You have various options for issuing us with your forwarding order or changing it.

  • Online: you need a login to swisspost.ch.
  • At a Swiss Post branch: take valid ID with you.
  • In branches with partners: you will receive a form which can be submitted at Swiss Post branches or by post.
