In WebStamp, the label format is always suggested automatically. We recommend the following format for your WebStamps:

WebStamp labels (97 x 42.3 mm) – 12 labels

If you use this format, you do not need to change the printer settings. Order your WebStamp labels now.

No, only letters can be franked with WebStamp. You can frank parcels with the “Domestic parcel labels” online service.

WebStamps are valid for one year. If the official period of validity has expired, however, they can still be used.

Problems arise only when prices rise. After a price increase, you will need to frank your consignments franked with WebStamp. What you can do in a Swiss Post branch or branch with partner. You cannot return or cancel stamps created with WebStamp.

You can print WebStamps several times. This is necessary, for example, if postage paid impressions are not printed correctly. However, you may only use stamps created with WebStamp once for mailing.

If you send the same WebStamps several times, we will debit them directly from your online account or invoice them to you. Furthermore, a processing fee of CHF 1.00 per duplicate will apply, with a minimum charge of CHF 10.00.

Pay for the face value with WebStamp. The costs for the labels are not included in this price. However, you can save yourself the costs of the labels by printing the WebStamp stamps directly on envelopes.

With the “WebStamp” web service, you can connect your specific ERP system to WebStamp.
