Preconditions

The E-Tracking Light value-added service is available for business customers who maintain a billing relationship with Swiss Post.

Delivery times

As specified for the PRIORITY addressed letters service.

Labelling

The consignment must be labelled with the PRIORITY label. In addition, the radio label must also be affixed to the front of the consignment. 

Obtaining radio labels

Radio labels are available from your customer advisor, or you can produce them yourself by following our specifications. You can also obtain the specifications and more information from your customer advisor. 

Restrictions

Consignment tracking with E-Tracking Light is available in countries in which letter processing centers are already equipped with the relevant infrastructure. Consignment events are displayed within a few hours after registration. The last consignment event occurs when the consignment enters the domestic sorting system in the destination country.

The radio label can be impaired by special consignment packaging and contents, including for example metallized or coated packaging, metal or items with metallized surfaces, glass, liquids, textiles with ESD materials or fibre composites.

You can select the E-Tracking Light value-added service in the International dispatch list in your Swiss Post Customer Login. The radio label is affixed to the front of the consignment next to the address label. After activating the radio label, you can hand in the consignment at your post office or have it collected as usual.
