Here’s how it works

Collection from Monday to Friday:
We’ll collect your goods in Switzerland, including customs clearance, in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., and a little earlier outside Switzerland.

Send consignment data:
You transfer your consignment data with the “Manage Innight consignments” online service, or using the EDI interface.

Delivery from Tuesday to Saturday:
We’ll deliver your goods throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein by Swiss-Express “Innight” before the start of the working day. To ensure access, we manage around 8,000 anonymized keys and badges.
Wide awake – even at night
With our night shipping service, one of our employees will collect all kinds of goods from you. During the night, the employee will deliver them directly to a service vehicle.
Preconditions
You have a billing relationship and an individual Swiss-Express “Innight” contract for night transport with Swiss Post.
You can send the following types of goods with Swiss-Express “Innight”:
- Goods that are not classified as dangerous goods in accordance with explicit transport regulations. This excludes goods under the limited quantity (“LQ”) exemption
- Goods that a driver can handle using a trolley or pallet truck
- Goods with a maximum length of 300 cm and a maximum girth (2x height + 2 x width + longest side) of 400 cm
- Weights up to 400 kg per transport unit
- Goods that are packaged securely for transportation and the nature of which does not constitute a threat to the environment or to the health and safety of Swiss Post's employees
- As the maximum permissible load may vary depending on the type and nature of the consignment, we will agree to conditions on a case-by-case basis.
