Here’s how it works

You post your consignment in a branch or, as a business customer in a logistics center (generally until 6 p.m.). You can find your nearest branch and the current acceptance cut-off times in the “Location search” online service.

Your consignment will be delivered by 9 a.m. the next working day (incl. Saturday).

Parcels are classed as bulky goods if one dimension exceeds 100 cm or two dimensions exceed 60 cm, or if the consignment has a tag or is unpackaged. Size limit for bulky goods: length 250 cm, circumference and length together (2 x height + 2 x width + longest side) maximum 400 cm.
Value-added services
In the event of loss or damage, we are liable for up to a maximum of CHF 500.00 without a value-added service, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) “Postal Services” for Private Customers (PDF, 73.6 KB).

Surcharges
We charge the recipient CHF 7.43 (excl. VAT) per consignment when forwarding. We return Swiss-Express “Moon” consignments that could not be delivered in the following way: letters as A Mail (free of charge), parcels as PostPac Economy (subject to tax as per Price list).

Who is this service for & preconditions
The Swiss-Express “Moon” service is suitable for all customers who would like to have their parcels delivered the next day before 9 a.m (Tolerance of plus/minus 5 minutes).
Exceptions
Delivery is available throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Exceptions include the border areas of Samnaun, Büsingen and Campione as well as consignments sent to P.O. Boxes and with the remark “poste restante”. These will be forwarded to the domicile address indicated.
