Here’s how it works

Specify dispatch type
Select the desired dispatch type and choose between various shipping options.

Select addresses
Select or enter the desired sender address. Enter the delivery address or select an address from the address book.

Collection
Optionally select where we can collect your parcel.

Print labels
Select the desired print option and affix the printed parcel label at the bottom right on the largest side of the parcel.

Drop off parcel
Prepare the parcel for collection or drop it off at a My Post 24 terminal or another acceptance point.

Costs and payment
- The online service is free of charge.
- The list prices for parcel post can be found under Prices for domestic parcels.
- A discount of CHF 1.50 (incl. VAT) per consignment (PostPac Priority, PostPac Economy and bulky goods) is granted when parcel labels are created via the “Domestic parcel labels” online service.
- The price for collection is CHF 4.50 (incl. VAT) or free of charge in the home service area.
- Payment method for the services selected: debit and credit cards, TWINT, “My Post” customer portal credit.

Frequently asked questions
To print the labels you can use a normal A4 laser or inkjet printer or a continuous-feed label printer. You also need suitable labels. If you do not have any labels to hand, you can print the parcel labels on normal paper and then cut them out and affix them yourself.
