  • Exchange of goods: for exchange of goods between the same business partners (B2B, B2C, C2B)
  • Recycling: for example, for returning empty toner cartridges from printers and fax machines

Simple posting

Business reply labels are simple and convenient for your customers: parcels with a business reply label can be posted free of charge. Or have Swiss Post collect them from your home at no extra charge with pick@home.

Fast return shipment

The barcode and recipient address are indicated on the business reply label. As a business customer, you can specify the relevant department here. This ensures that incoming parcels are delivered quickly to the right place internally.

Practical monthly invoice

Business reply labels are shown separately on your monthly invoice. This gives you transparency about consignments and returns at a glance.
