With the “Collect parcels for return” service, you can offer your customers the option of having delivered parcels collected at your expense. The service is available from Monday to Friday.

The advantages for you: 

  • You can engage in a quick exchange of goods with your customers (service, exchange, repair) and make the process easier for both your customers and your own company.
  • Sample consignments and consignments on approval can be retrieved. 
  • Unsatisfactory deliveries can be returned simply at your expense. 
  • The retrieval date can be selected up to 10 working days into the future. 
  • Large selection of possible handover locations at the retrieval address chosen by you. 
  • Swiss Post creates the corresponding shipping label for the return shipment to you. 
  • Your customers receive an e-mail informing them of and confirming the retrieval initiated by you. 
  • As the client, you receive confirmation that the retrieval has taken place.

Your options:

    Your customers inform you over the phone and you forward the retrieval order to Swiss Post with the “Collect domestic parcels for return” online service.

  2. 2

    Your customers send you an e-mail and you forward the retrieval order to Swiss Post with the “Collect domestic parcels for return” online service.

  3. 3

    You set up a special window on your website that your customers can use to issue a retrieval order directly and arrange for shipments to be returned to you.

A maximum of five parcels may be requested per day and retrieval address. The following options are also available to you (subject to a surcharge):

Who is this service for? Preconditions

The “Collect parcels for return” service is intended for business customers with a billing relationship who want to make it as easy as possible for their customers to return shipments.

Collection addresses for return:

via private addresses and business domiciles in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein served by postal delivery.


Liability depends on the shipping option selected.
