Your options:

Your customers inform you over the phone and you forward the retrieval order to Swiss Post with the “Collect domestic parcels for return” online service.

Your customers send you an e-mail and you forward the retrieval order to Swiss Post with the “Collect domestic parcels for return” online service.

You set up a special window on your website that your customers can use to issue a retrieval order directly and arrange for shipments to be returned to you.

Who is this service for? Preconditions
The “Collect parcels for return” service is intended for business customers with a billing relationship who want to make it as easy as possible for their customers to return shipments.
Collection addresses for return:
via private addresses and business domiciles in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein served by postal delivery.

Liability depends on the shipping option selected.
