Here’s how it works

If you would like to have all of your post collected regularly by Swiss Post, arrange a contract via your customer advisor for a half-hour time slot (several times per week on specified days; but at least once per week).

If required, you can order the collection of your consignments upon request:
- Online order: using the “Order collection upon request” online service
- Order via QR code: request your individual QR code now
- Order by telephone: free telephone number 0800 825 800
For online orders and orders via QR code, you require a business account in the “My Post” customer portal.

We collect your consignments and upon request will attach the address labels and consignment barcodes via the “Barcode Plus” value-added service
Preconditions and collection options
Preparing consignments
- Letters to be collected must be franked or handed over with a dispatch list.
- Parcels must be franked with a consignment barcode.
Regular collection
We collect your consignments regularly from your company address. Collection is always made on the same days of the week, but on at least one work day per week and in the same time slot. We provide you with the required containers (roll boxes for parcels, or letter and bulk crates).
We agree the collection volume with you in advance by contract. Excess volume is also possible with advance notification. If you have a valid contract for small consignments, we will also collect individual small consignment pallets at the same time.
Collection upon request
Collection upon request is a flexible, one-off collection, which does not require a written contract and saves you costs. If required, we can provide you with roll boxes and the required containers.
