With the QR code solution, you can order the collection upon request service from Swiss Post easily, flexibly and without having to wait on the phone.

You will receive an A4 poster with your individual QR code for each location. If the order is placed before 2 p.m., we will collect your consignments from you by 6 p.m. on the same working day.

Note: Please continue to order the “Collection upon request on the delivery round” service (collection by mail carrier during the course of the following day without a selected time slot) via the “Order collection upon request” online service. It is not possible to order a collection via a QR code when using this service.

Here’s how it works

Order your individual collection QR code using the order form. You will receive your QR code via e-mail within five working days.

Do you want to request a collection? Scan your collection QR code with the camera on your mobile phone.

Select your predefined collection scenario.

You’re done! Your collection order has been submitted and will be taken care of.
