Would you like us to collect business consignments? On request, we can collect all your postal items from your address: regularly or upon request.

Regular collection

Would you like us to collect all of your post on a regular basis? We will be happy to collect your consignments once or several times a week. Arrange the days and a half-hour time slot for collection with your Customer Advisor.

Collection days and times

  • We collect your consignments at least once a week.
  • We always collect your consignments on the same days of the week and in the same half-hour time slots.

Volumes

  • The collection volume is agreed contractually in advance.
  • We also collect larger volumes than agreed. To do so, you must inform us in advance.
  • If you have a valid small consignment contract, we will also collect individual small consignment pallets.

On request, we can provide you with roll boxes and the required containers (for example roll boxes for parcels or bulk containers for letters).

Collection upon request

Would you like us to collect your consignments flexibly and when required? You do not need a written contract for a one-off collection. Book your collection easily:

Value-added service

Regardless of whether we collect your parcels regularly or on request: in both cases, you can also book the “ Barcode Plus” value-added service. With “Barcode Plus”, we affix the address labels and consignment barcodes to your consignments.
