Have parcels and returns collected
Here’s how it works
You register with the Swiss Post Customer Center.
You pack your returns.
You affix the address label provided by the mail order company on the parcel.
You determine the collection address.
We collect your parcel from you the next day or on any working day of your choice (up to ten working days in advance). The parcel must be ready at the collection address from 7 a.m. on the collection date.
Have returns collected free of charge
Each parcel needs a shipping label. In most cases, the mail order company encloses a return label, but not all mail order companies pay the full postage for returns. They differ as follows:
Return label with the GAS remark = postage-free return parcel with free collection
You have a pre-printed return label with the “GAS” remark (business reply label). In this case, the return shipment and collection with pick@home is free of charge for you.
Return labels with consignment no. 99.01... = postage costing CHF 1.50 less and with free collection
The mail order company has provided a pre-printed return label featuring a consignment number beginning with the numbers 99.01... This gives you a reduction in price of CHF 1.50 on the standard postage for a parcel. Collection via pick@home is free of charge for you.
Additional optional services
