Stop, return, change or speed up a consignment
The benefits for you
- Manage consignments for longer: You can modify consignments even after you have posted them, before they are delivered to the recipient.
- Fewer costs: If a consignment is delivered and fraud is suspected, more administrative effort is required and additional costs are incurred. In addition, your goods could go missing. You can avoid these risks by using the “Change shipping order” service.
- No additional costs in case of non-performance: If we can’t meet your change request, you won’t pay anything.
Price
We charge a list price of 23.50 francs (excl. VAT) per order. If we can’t meet your change request, you won’t pay anything.
If delivery or transport of your parcel is delayed through our fault, we will cover the costs for speeding up the delivery.
Here’s how it works
Provided the parcel is in the sorting process, we can still intervene and make modifications to the transport. For instance, in the following cases:
- The parcel contains the wrong goods and needs to be returned.
- You want to modify the recipient’s address.
- There is a suspicion of fraud.
- The parcel was posted using the wrong speed.
- The consignment has been delayed in the postal channel.
The “Change shipping order” value-added service offers you the choice between:
- Stop and return parcel
- Stop parcel and send it to another address
- Speed up delivery of the parcel
