Switch to login with SwissID

We are prompting our customers to switch from the Swiss Post Customer Login (KLP) to the Group-owned login solution SwissID. The switch is very easy and can be completed in just a few clicks.

Over the next few months, users of the Swiss Post Customer Login will receive an e-mail prompting them to switch to the SwissID login solution. The new login will ensure that customers still have easy, secure and practical access to all of Swiss Post’s online services (e.g. managing parcels, sending postcards, etc.). Over 2 millionn Swiss Post customers already use SwissID as a digital gateway to the yellow world.

What do you need to do?

As soon as you receive the e-mail, you can switch your login to SwissID with ease in just a few clicks. To do so, log in as usual via the Swiss Post Customer Login at www.swisspost.chTarget not accessible. You will then be guided automatically through the switchover process.

You can make the switch right now, without being prompted by e-mail. It couldn’t be simpler: log inTarget not accessible using the Swiss Post Customer Login, go to the “My profile” box in the Customer Center tab, click “Link SwissID” and follow the instructions. That’s all there is to it.

SwissSign AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss Post. The migration to SwissID also ensures that the login solution for Swiss Post’s online services will remain within the Group in future. Swiss Post wants to support businesses and the general public in the digital transformation.

In its capacity as Swiss Post’s data security specialist, SwissSign ensures that customer data is secure. SwissSign uses this data for the purposes of the SwissID service and not for other commercial purposes. In particular, data is not used for advertising purposes or for tracking users on the Internet.
