Do you use an online service or software solution from Swiss Post to get your postal items ready for dispatch and shipment? It allows you to verify the recipient addresses of your mailings in terms of deliverability in a straightforward, efficient and dispatch-oriented way. The address data can also be corrected automatically in the process itself.

Our services

Upon request, we will perform an address comparison with the uploaded shipment addresses in selected shipping applications, and will carry out the necessary corrections. The update is carried out directly before shipping so you can reach your recipients as effectively as possible. Naturally, the corrections made are exported at the end of the process in order to update the customer’s own address database.

Validated Swiss Post recipient addresses

Swiss Post’s address database is unrivalled in Switzerland in terms of quality and quantity. We use our address services to compare our address data with this database. We ensure we are in strict compliance with the legal requirements of data protection. We do not sell, rent or lease any addresses.

With the shipping-optimized address update, comparisons are made directly with the shipping addresses you have uploaded in the shipping applications. To do this, we use our reference data from the street directory and our comprehensive delivery and movers’ file database.
