- Free preliminary sorting of addresses by delivery area and delivery location in sequence
- All required mailing documents to be printed out
- Secure transfer of addresses via an encrypted connection and temporary storage
- For senders of bulk mailings (PP): optional declaration of posting in the “Letters dispatch list”.
- For newspaper and magazine senders: link to the “Dispatch list for newspapers” online service
- Optional verification of addresses for deliverability
- Optional updating of addresses with movers’ files (charges apply)

The “Preparation of letter and newspaper dispatch” online service is aimed at anyone sending bulk mailings and newspapers: publishing houses, printers and other service providers in the printing and publishing industry.
Costs
It’s free to use the “Preparation of letter and newspaper dispatch” online service to check the deliverability of your addresses and the sorting of addresses. The updating of addresses using movers’ files is a chargeable service. You will receive an offer prior to each order.

Preconditions
A publishing contract is required for the shipping of newspapers.
