You need to have successfully completed the baccalaureate to embark on this degree programme.

You’ll also:

The degree programme takes four years to complete and leads to a Bachelor of Science qualification.

You’ll undertake the one-year basic training in the learning environment of Swiss Post’s ICT campus. You’ll expand your practical knowledge through modular learning units and smaller projects.

You’ll attend lectures at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS), Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH) or the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). During the rest of the study time, you’ll work on your learning objectives independently using the interactive and multimedia online learning platform. During the degree programme, you’ll specialize in web and data science, enterprise computing or information security.

The Swiss Post IT and PostFinance training locations are in the Bern area.

After successfully completing your training, you’ll have a wide range of further training opportunities open to you. These include:

• Master’s degree at a university of applied sciences
• Higher professional examinations and certificates in the specialist field
• Further training in the field of project management
