What happens next?
We’ll first confirm to you that we’ve received your application. We’ll then need some time to look through your documents. If your application interests us, we’ll inform you about the next steps. If your application is unsuccessful, we will also inform you.
Tools in the application process
How an application progresses may differ depending on the position. We use different kinds of tools, which may also be used in combination with each other.
Video interview
For some positions, we use video interviews that you can record at any time and irrespective of your location.
Test procedures
We sometimes use test procedures. You’ll decide where and when you complete the tests. Before an interview and depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete a personality questionnaire; the responses to this will serve as a basis for the personal interview.
First interview in person
We’ll get to know each other and will clarify questions you may have.

Second interview in person
You’ll receive a more in-depth insight into the role, and we’ll discuss matters such as employment conditions in detail.
Working environment tasters
You’ll become familiar with the working environment over the course of half a day, or a full day.
Case studies or assessment centers
These tools are also used, depending on the position that is being filled.
