Extract from the debt collection register
Self-declarations are only possible for the home address in the municipality of your branch (e.g. no secondary residence or weekday address).
Data protection
Swiss Post uses your application data for information purposes only for forwarding to the relevant authorities. The extract request and any other personal data relating to the request will be deleted once the request for information has been completed.
Here’s how it works
Request an extract from the criminal records and/or debt collection register in your nearest branch.
The Swiss Post employee checks and scans your proof of identity and creates a request which you will be asked to check. You check the information and certify that it is correct by signing. The Swiss Post employee will then scan the signed request and forward it to the relevant authorities.
The extract will be sent to you by post within a few working days.
