Inclusion in our supplier pool is based on one-time registration and qualification for certain product groups. If your application is approved, you will be included in our request-for-proposal and tender procedures.

    Speculative application as a provider

    As part of the registration process, we require general information on the company, such as its address, DUNS number and contact person details.

  • Registration

    If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation via e-mail to register on the SAP Ariba network or to link your existing Ariba account. You will then be asked to complete the supplier registration questionnaire to complete the process.

  • Qualification

    In the next step, you will be invited by e-mail to complete the qualification procedure. The qualification process evaluates the suitability of suppliers for the respective product group. You will be requested to complete questionnaires for the product groups indicated.

  • Inclusion

    Congratulations! You are available for collaboration with Swiss Post.

  • Ready for the order and invoice process

    After completing the qualification procedure, you can now take part in the order and billing process. That means you can submit proposals for and be awarded tenders.
