Are you a business customer with a billing relationship and would you like to save yourself a trip to an acceptance point? On request, Swiss Post can regularly collect all your postal items (letters, parcels, express and international consignments) from your address.

Here’s how it works

  1. You contractually agree a half-hour time slot (daily, several times a week on defined days but at least once a week) or a collection on the delivery round
  2. You prepare your consignments:
    • a. Label parcels with a consignment barcode
    • b. Frank or prepare letters with a dispatch list
  3. Swiss Post collects your consignments at the agreed time
