Are you a business customer with a billing relationship and would you like to save yourself a trip to an acceptance point? On request, Swiss Post can regularly collect all your postal items (letters, parcels, express and international consignments) from your address.
Here’s how it works
- You contractually agree a half-hour time slot (daily, several times a week on defined days but at least once a week) or a collection on the delivery round
- You prepare your consignments:
- a. Label parcels with a consignment barcode
- b. Frank or prepare letters with a dispatch list
- Swiss Post collects your consignments at the agreed time
