Have business consignments collected
Save time and money

Consignments are not normally scanned on collection. As an additional service, we offer optional scanning for up to 30 consignments per collection. The collection event can be seen in the “Track consignments Business” online service.

For scanning we charge you CHF 5.00 for up to 10 consignments and CHF 10.00 for 11 to 30 consignments (excl. VAT).

We provide you with the required containers (roll boxes for parcels, or letter and bulk crates) free of charge.

• Letters to be collected must be franked or handed over with a dispatch list.
• Parcels must be franked with a consignment barcode.

• You require a billing relationship for all collection solutions. 
• You will receive a separate agreement for regular collections.
• For orders upon request you require a business user account in the “My Post” customer portal (this does not apply to telephone orders)

If you have a valid contract for small consignments, we will also collect individual small consignment pallets. This is only possible for a regular collection on agreement.

We arrange a half-hour time slot with you between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. For regular collections, collection is possible before 6 a.m. or after 8 p.m. on request.
